Everything you need fits perfectly in this large, toiletry bag. Lovely, dark, natural indigo fabric padded and hand-stitched in either a patchwork or pinstripe pattern.

The indigo plant is picked from fields around the Cardamom Hills in Kerala and fermented and processed according to ancient traditions in a deep, thin vat stirred regularly.

Aranya also hosts demonstrations and workshops by international colour masters in their large, airy premises in southern India. In this way, the art of natural dyeing with world-class flowers and plants is maintained and further developed.
