“Flower Meadow" – a unique shawl with undulating flowers block-printed in indigo and cut out with kasmi paste. Handwoven cotton from Andhra Pradesh, dyed in organic indigo, and sewn by our friends Aranya.

The indigo dye is grown, fermented, and processed according to ancient traditions. The indigo plant is picked from the surrounding fields and prepared in a deep, thin vat stirred regularly. From inception to finished product, each stage in the process is a precise craft. These unique shawls are all made in large, airy premises in the middle of the Cardamom Hills in southern India.

Durability and Care: This shawl is made entirely by hand with organic materials and dyes Care for your new garment tenderly, and you will have a friend for life. Begin by hanging it out to air. When necessary, wash gently by hand in cold water and mild soap, then hang dry. Indigo garments may bleed. This is normal and will stop after a few washes.
