Big Dot dress – naturally dyed with indigo

A soft airy dress in three sizes created with the inspiration of walking on clouds. The dress is softly A-shaped with a button in the back for a more beautiful neckline.

It is our new friends in Nagar, Uttarakhand, Himalaya who saved large dots and then dyed them with their own indigo on thin cotton cambric.
A real craftsmanship de luxe.

Dyeing with natural colors means letting nature take its course. The shades are a product of the dye, the composition of the water, the pH of the dye bath, mordants, type of fabric and weather conditions. This means that no two fabrics will have exactly the same colors.

The dresses are handmade with utmost precision and care by skilled craftsmen from surrounding villages. They create jobs for the women in the area and contribute to the positive development of the community.

Washing instruktion: Collection "BIG DOT" is created entirely by hand from nature's living materials and colors. Take care of your new garment gently and you will have a friend for life. Air first. Wash gently by hand or machine at 40 degrees with mild soap and hang dry.
Wash separately. All indigo may shed slightly at first - but washes out over time.
